Hyper-V Everywhere!

I wanted to make blog post to re-enforce the message that Hyper-V is NOT GOING ANYWHERE!!!!!

For some reason, some people seem to believe that Hyper-V was being deprecated, discontinued or not being actively supported and that is simply not the case … AT ALL!!!!!

For example, I reference a reply from Jeff Woolsey in January 2022 from a person who is asking about the Hyper-V being discontinued:

There are NO plans to deprecate Hyper-V Technology. Period. None. Zero. Nunca. Zilch. In fact, quite the opposite. Hyper-V is a strategic asset. Microsoft literally uses Hyper-V EVERYWHERE.

The Future of Hyper-V

Referencing a Blog Post, again from Jeff Woolsey, about the next version of Windows Server:

Hyper-V is a strategic technology at Microsoft.

Please reread that last sentence. When I say strategic technology, I say this because Hyper-V is used throughout Microsoft in:

Hyper-V is one of the central components in Azure Stack HCI and is a Type-1 Hypervisor with industry leading performance and security.

So if anyone ever mentions to you their doubts on the future of Hyper-V, be informed and inform them.
